Supported Carriers
ShipShim recognizes 155+ carriers across all major regions. The list below shows the carrier name, the country it serves, and the tracking-number pattern ShipShim uses to identify it. You don't need to pre-select a carrier — POST /api/v1/track figures it out from the number alone. When multiple carriers share a pattern (common for plain 12-digit numbers), pass a carrier or country hint to disambiguate. See API Reference → POST /track for details.

S10 Format
The S10 (Universal Postal Union) format is used by postal services worldwide:
[2 letters][9 digits][2-letter country code]
Example: RR123456789GB (Royal Mail, UK)
The first two letters indicate the service type:
- RR - Registered mail
- EE - EMS Express
- CP - Parcel post
- LX - Letter express

If you need a carrier we don't recognize yet, contact us with a few sample tracking numbers and the carrier's tracking-page URL pattern. Self-hosters can add carriers directly by editing web/resources/data/carriers.json and opening a pull request on our GitHub repository.
